Methodology is the bridge between a source and an understandable article. Harmony identifies the subject, records the date, separates evidence from interpretation, and explains where uncertainty remains.

Four checks before publication
- Scope: define the network, software, equipment, jurisdiction and time period.
- Source: prefer primary documentation, then identify secondary interpretation.
- Consistency: compare units, definitions, assumptions and measurement boundaries.
- Review: assess clarity, caveats, links, dates and correction routes.
- Unconfirmed statements are labelled as such.
- Forward-looking language is not presented as an established result.
- Material edits retain a dated revision trail.
